About the Role
The Attorney Relations and Projects Officer will be responsible for managing the relationship between Scorpion Legal Protection and its panel of attorneys. This includes visiting attorneys, arranging conferences and meetings to resolve payment queries, and ensuring that attorney-client disputes are minimized. Additionally, the officer will handle administrative duties such as maintaining the attorney database, generating reports, and leading claims-related projects such as the Cession, Legacy Claims, and Workflow projects. A significant part of the role involves liaising with attorneys on claim files, processing payments, and finalizing claims.
