Job Description:
Join our team through the NCAMA Learnership program (NQF Level-2). You will gain important skills and experience in a supportive environment. This program includes both classroom training and hands-on practice to help you grow in your career.
Tasks
POSITION INFORMATION:
Responsibilities and duties
- You will receive both classroom training and hands-on practice to meet the learnership requirements and company standards.
- You will focus on important areas like safety, quality, productivity, cost, and delivery to help meet our business goals by following set training procedures.
- You will learn how to use tools and equipment for specific tasks and processes.
- You will follow the workplace schedules and procedures.
- You will help suggest new ideas to make the assembly processes more efficient.
- You will assist with production tasks.
- You will talk and share information with your coworkers and supervisors.
- You will complete your tasks honestly and look for ways to make improvements.
Performance Indicators Achievement Standards
- Follow and finish the approved training program as required by FMCSA and MerSeta.
- Follow the set training schedule to make sure you gain the necessary skills.
- Finish the learnership within the specified 12-month period.
- Work different shifts to gain more experience during the training period.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Pay close attention to details while being supervised.
- Strong communication skills, both speaking and writing.
- Well-organized and focused on achieving goals.

Qualifications:
Grade 12 certificate with passing marks in:
- Grade 12 English, Pure Mathematics (Higher Grade or Standard Grade). This does not include Maths Literacy, Additional Maths, Functional Maths, Commercial Maths, or Applied Maths.
Age Requirement
- Applicants must be under 35 years old.
