Minimum Entry Requirements:

Education:

  • Grade 12 with passes in Mathematics (Only Pure Maths), Physical Science, and English,
  • OR NCV Level 4 in a related trade, with all modules successfully completed.
Fitness:
  • You must have a valid Certificate of Fitness or the ability to obtain one, as it is required for this learnership.
Skills:
  • Good people skills and the ability to communicate well are required.
    • Good people skills means the ability to interact positively and effectively with others. This includes:

      • Being friendly and approachable.
      • Listening carefully and understanding what others are saying.
      • Being respectful and considerate in your communication.
      • Working well in a team and cooperating with others.

  • Act as a representative of the company and follow the code of conduct.
  • Take part in both classroom and practical training as part of the Learnership.
  • Take charge of your training and actively work on improving your skills.
  • Complete and pass the trade test for the position you applied for, whether in Fitting, Boilermaking, Instrumentation, Mechanician, or Electrical.
