What is the Clover Call Centre Learnership?
This learnership offers the chance to work at Clover’s Customer Service Centre (CSC), located in Constantia Park, Roodepoort. During the learnership, you will spend time working in the call centre and attending classes as part of your learning journey. At the end of the learnership, successful participants will receive a National Qualification Framework (NQF) qualification and gain valuable experience in customer service.
What Are the Requirements?
To be eligible for the Clover Call Centre Learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A completed Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Grade 12 Results: You should have completed your Matric between 2020 and 2024.
- Subject Requirements: A minimum of 60% in English and either Mathematics or Maths Literacy.
- Computer Skills: You must have advanced computer literacy.
- Employment Status: You need to be currently unemployed.
- Previous Learnerships: Applicants should not have participated in any previous learnerships.
- Location: Preference will be given to applicants from the West Rand area, but all candidates are welcome to apply.
What Will You Be Doing?
During your time at Clover, you will:
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolve queries, and manage complaints.
- Capture and Confirm Orders: Ensure orders are accurately entered and confirmed according to company procedures.
- Promote Clover Products: Actively sell Clover and Principal products to customers, including offering new and additional products with special promotions.
- Teamwork and Cooperation: Collaborate with your colleagues to achieve common team objectives, support team goals, and participate in team meetings.
