About the Role:
As a Junior Sales Call Center Agent, you will be at the forefront of our customer service team. Your main role will be to assist customers, handle inquiries, and manage complaints in a professional and friendly manner. You’ll also engage in sales activities, helping customers with product recommendations and solutions related to tools and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Customers: Build strong relationships with customers by responding to inquiries and offering product recommendations.
- Sales: Demonstrate your sales skills by catering to customer needs and promoting products effectively.
- Handle Complaints: Resolve customer issues calmly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all times.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
- Continuous Improvement: Adhere to company policies and work towards improving personal and team performance.
- Brand Representation: Always represent Adendorff Machinery Mart professionally.
Requirements:
- Technical Knowledge (Advantageous): If you have experience with tools or machinery (DIY or hardware), it would be a big plus!
- Strong Communication Skills: You should be able to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.
- Attention to Detail: Must be able to manage details accurately and professionally.
- English Proficiency: You should be able to read, write, and speak English clearly.
- Motivation: You must be self-driven and motivated to exceed customer expectations.
- Customer-Focused: A passion for customer service is essential.
Desired Work Experience:
- Experience in the DIY tools or hardware industry would be beneficial.
- Previous experience in customer service or a sales call center environment is an advantage but not a requirement.
