What You'll Do as a Customer Care Specialist:

  • Provide Technical Support: Assist customers with inquiries about product features and troubleshoot technical issues with smart products such as grills and meat thermometers.

  • Diagnose and Resolve Issues: Use a combination of customer input, app data, and your problem-solving skills to resolve product issues.

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure each customer interaction is handled with patience and care, creating a positive experience for every customer.

  • Collaborate with the Team: Work with your Team Lead to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), such as customer satisfaction (CSAT), service levels, and schedule adherence.

  • Continuous Improvement: Enhance your skills and knowledge through ongoing coaching and feedback, ensuring you deliver an excellent customer experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: High school diploma (or equivalent).

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer support role, preferably with technology or smart devices.

  • Skills: Strong English communication skills (B2+ or higher), with a focus on delivering clear, friendly, and efficient support.

  • Customer-First Mindset: Ability to listen, empathize, and provide accurate solutions quickly and effectively.
