What You’ll Do

As a Customer Support Representative, your job is to give every customer the best shopping experience by providing fast, professional, and friendly support through all communication channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to all customer requests and queries via phone, email, web, fax, or post
  • Following Mr Price standards when handling calls and correspondence
  • Making every customer interaction clear, consistent, and friendly
  • Resolving customer and store queries or complaints quickly and accurately
  • Meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and maintaining high-quality support
  • Suggesting better ways to improve processes and customer satisfaction

What You’ll Need

Education:

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate

Experience:

  • 2–3 years experience in customer care, preferably in a call centre
  • Experience handling customer queries across multiple channels

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of:
    • National Credit Act (NCA)
    • Consumer Protection Act (CPA)
    • Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI)
    • ICASA regulations
  • Familiarity with online purchases and support systems
  • A positive, problem-solving attitude
