CapeNature is looking for a reliable and motivated EPWP Administrator to join its Head Office team in Bridgetown, Cape Town. This is a 34-month contract role offering a daily rate of R424.36. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Transport Officer with admin tasks in the Asset & Fleet Component
  • Update and consolidate vehicle condition reports
  • Assist in vehicle allocations and tracking using internal systems
  • Capture odometer readings and reconcile vehicle-related invoices
  • Help verify assets and process reports on asset losses
  • Manage internal document tracking and assist with reporting

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong admin and communication skills
  • Fluent in at least two Western Cape official languages
  • Valid Code 8 Driver’s License
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Willing to learn, travel, and meet deadlines
  • Positive, calm, and flexible under pressure
