Job Purpose
The Logistics Call Centre Administrator will support delivery operations, solve logistics problems, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will coordinate between internal teams, couriers, and customers to make sure everything runs on time.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Coordination:
- Track orders and rebook failed deliveries.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed on time.
Customer Interaction:
- Communicate updates and resolve complaints through calls, emails, and other channels.
Team Communication:
- Work with warehouse and dispatch teams to align delivery schedules.
Performance Monitoring:
- Use dashboards to check logistics performance and suggest improvements.
Documentation:
- Keep accurate records and make sure all paperwork is correct and compliant.
Problem Solving:
- Handle issues like RTS (Return to Sender), courier errors, and customer complaints quickly.
Admin Tasks:
- Complete all related administrative work as per company standards.
Process Improvement:
- Provide better ideas for enhancing customer service and logistics processes.
KPI Achievement:
- Meet targets set for speed, quality, and performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 – Essential
- Logistics or Warehouse Admin Certification – Preferred
- 2+ years experience in a call centre logistics role
- 1+ year experience in warehouse/logistics admin
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
