As a Message Centre Advisor, your main job is to answer calls and take messages for our different departments. You’ll be helping customers with a smile and making sure their messages get to the right team. You’ll play a key role in providing awesome customer service that we are proud of.

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 certificate
  • Experience in a call centre is a big advantage
  • Ability to answer calls clearly and politely
  • Ability to load messages accurately into the system
  • Must be client-focused and a good team player

  • Handle overflow calls from clients
