Rand Water Graduate Development Programme – Engineering x2 (24 Months)
Rand Water, one of South Africa’s largest water utilities, is now accepting applications for its 2025 Graduate Development Programme. This is a structured 24-month opportunity for graduates to gain hands-on experience, training, and mentorship in technical and innovative areas within the water sector.
Programme Summary:
This programme is designed to develop highly skilled professionals in:
- Freshwater Aquatic Sciences
- Water Technology
- Wastewater Technology
- Digital Technology and Innovation
Graduates will participate in fieldwork, laboratory projects, and digital applications, with opportunities to contribute to research and innovation in the water industry.
Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree (MEng or MSc) in Chemical, Civil, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (NQF Level 9)
- Unemployed with no previous work experience in the field
- South African citizen with a valid South African ID
- Under 35 years of age
- Valid Code 08 driver’s license (advantageous)
