Job Purpose
As a Services Call Centre Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You’ll manage incoming and outgoing service calls, solve queries, and support clients with quick, accurate help.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer and stakeholder queries.
- Make outbound calls for feedback and follow-up.
- Communicate with empathy and clarity across email, phone, and chat.
- Log all calls and data using internal systems.
- Meet service quality and turnaround time targets.
- Spot upselling opportunities and improve customer retention.
- Report incidents and ensure proper resolution.
- Provide regular updates and reports to managers.
Requirements
Skills Needed:
- Good verbal and written English.
- Great customer service and listening skills.
- Can use computers and switch between systems.
- Can multitask, work under pressure, and stay organized.
- Works well in a team and solves problems.
- Open to working flexible shifts if required.
Qualifications:
- Matric certificate (required).
- 1–2 years’ experience in a contact centre (inbound/outbound).
- Minimum 6 months in a customer service role.
