Pretoria East Telemarketer/Outbound Call Centre Representative
Job Description:
An experienced telemarketer or outbound call centre agent is needed by our client in Pretoria East. If you have at least 3 years of cold calling or telesales experience, this is a great opportunity for you.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- At least 3 years of telesales or outbound calling experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven
- Can handle pressure and rejection professionally
- Strong time management and organisation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a lot of outbound calls to both current and prospective clients.
- Build rapport and address customer questions
- Reach or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Learn product details and stay updated on changes
- Follow up on leads by phone and email
- Collaborate with team members and managers
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: R10,000.00 CTC

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
- Alternate Saturdays: 09:00 – 14:00
