Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented SHERQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) Administrator to support our SHEQ department. This permanent role is based in Thlabane and plays a vital part in ensuring smooth coordination and compliance in safety and quality processes.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric / National Senior Certificate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SHEQ-related administrative roles
  • knowledgeable about electronic records systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Investigate incidents and isolate affected areas
  • Conduct inspections and assist with audits alongside the SHERQ Manager
  • Support the review and updating of policies and procedures
  • Enforce safety systems to ensure legislative compliance
  • Capture and track incidents on electronic systems
  • Maintain housekeeping and equipment documentation
  • Assist during crises and provide administrative support to the SHERQ Manager
