Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented SHERQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) Administrator to support our SHEQ department. This permanent role is based in Thlabane and plays a vital part in ensuring smooth coordination and compliance in safety and quality processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric / National Senior Certificate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SHEQ-related administrative roles
- knowledgeable about electronic records systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Duties and Responsibilities
- Investigate incidents and isolate affected areas
- Conduct inspections and assist with audits alongside the SHERQ Manager
- Support the review and updating of policies and procedures
- Enforce safety systems to ensure legislative compliance
- Capture and track incidents on electronic systems
- Maintain housekeeping and equipment documentation
- Assist during crises and provide administrative support to the SHERQ Manager
