About the Learnership Programme:

Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages is inviting applications for an Operations Learnership in 2025. A Further Education and Training Certificate in Generic Management (NQF Level 4) will be awarded to successful students. This certification will help you build key management and leadership skills needed in the workplace.

What Will You Learn?

The Learnership Program is designed to help you grow both professionally and personally. You will gain hands-on experience while learning essential leadership and management skills. The program includes:

  • Leadership Concepts: Apply leadership in real work scenarios.
  • Team Building: Learn how to motivate and lead a team effectively.
  • Problem Solving: Develop the skills to solve problems and make decisions.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time for yourself and your team.
  • Customer Service: Monitor service levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Budget Management: Learn how to manage finances and work within a budget.

In addition, you will attend theory training sessions outside the workplace and submit portfolios as part of your development. This balance between theory and practice will ensure you’re ready to excel in the FMCG sector.

Skills And Requirements:

To apply, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • Completed Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate)
  • South African Citizen
  • No prior work experience required
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Computer literate
  • Dedicated and motivated to learn new skills
  • Unemployed and available for the full 12-month learnership
